DRONES FOR THE GOOD COMPETITION 4th & 5th Grade Winter/Spring 2026 INVITATION ONLY, COMPETITION CLASS!! If parent registers for this course without the instructor invitation, student will be automatically withdrawn with a $50 withdrawal fee penalty. MAKE 555 is excited to bring back Drones to MES for selected 4th & 5th grade students starting in October. Students will have the opportunity to design, build and learn to fly drones. Skills to be covered in this class are: •Learn to work effectively with a team in the design/build process as they build drones from different materials. • Learn to use a 3D printer to make parts for a drone. • Learn to fly drones for a mission. • Learn to adhere to the latest safety rules for flying drones. •Prepare for the Drones for the Good Competition in March (including extra Saturday practices at Midtown Highschool, TBA) Questions?
